I'll give you a freebie. Prospect Park South, or as I've already coined it... ProPaSo.

I intend it as a joke. How long until someone takes it seriously? Also... copyright. I can trace my IP to this comment. =D

your descriptions are spot on for the most part, but you leave out a few things. Allston is generally for students, and as you also have students in Brighton, there are def more young professional 20/30 somethings in areas like Brighton Center/Oak Square as well as families. I lived in Brighton from 28-32 and found plenty to do with my age range. The older you get however the area may get less attractive which is why i chose to move. But ive got great memories from my time spent there.

Also your comment about Dorchester and Roxbury is offensive. While those are innercity neighborhoods there are plenty of students and young professsionals and even families populating those areas. Both towns have experienced gentrification to a great degree, and while theyre are definitely some rough areas of those neighborhoods..casting them with a general blanket is just ignorant.

Great interview. I've been in O4W since 2005 and I think she did a great job describing the neighborhood. I love it here!

The one thing I'd add is that there is that one little strip centered on Boulevard & Edgewood which is turning into quite the neighborhood nightspot. But it seems to be developing nicely and I haven't heard of any issues.
